Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in network for BCBS PPO, Blue Choice, and Humana. Some of our therapists also accept other insurances. Please ask us if you are unsure.
We are out of network for all other insurance companies. However, most insurance companies will provide reimbursement for out-of-network care. Check with your provider to learn what the specific limits are.
